SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

 

VYBR ships to the United States, Canada, and most international destinations. To check delivery to your country, use the shipping calculator at checkout.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking link by email when your package ships.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

United States free shipping over fifty dollars. Standard delivery 3 to 5 business days. Priority US delivery 2 to 3 business days for an extra fee.

 

Canada delivery 4 to 7 business days.

 

International delivery 7 to 12 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

US priority 12 dollars 95.

Canada flat rate 9 dollars 95.

International flat rate 19 dollars 95.

 

Free shipping applies automatically to US orders over fifty dollars at checkout.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

 

If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated window, contact hello@vybr.co with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and replace the package if necessary at no cost.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact hello@vybr.co within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee an address change before shipment.
